SIC Marking E10 P63 Portable Handheld Dot Peen Marker

Dot peen marking works by electromechanically striking a carbide or diamond stylus assembly against the surface of a part to be marked. The result is a succession of dots to create digits, text, logos, and 2D data matrix codes. Each dot is the result of a pulsed current that runs through a solenoid, punches a magnet toward the surface, and subsequently returns the stylus to its starting position, awaiting the next pulse. Because each pulse occurs in only a fraction of a second, an entire 2D data matrix code, for example, can be completed in seconds (depending on the size). Frequency can be adjusted by controlling the speed of the X and Y axes movements. What makes SIC Marking’s dot peen technology so unique is the constant measurement of the electrical current between each pulse. This allows for constant, precise control of the impact consistency.

TVS VERTICAL RESAW REMOVE TWO SIDES OF LOGS, CANTS, AND SLABS

The TVS (Twin Vertical Saw) uses thin-kerf blades to efficiently remove the two vertical sides of logs up to 400mm in diameter.

The TVS is cost-effective, versatile, designed for high performance, and built strong for years of reliable service. The TVS works equally well as a stand-alone unit or integrated with an existing sawmill line.

A movable control stand holds all controls for chain feed speed, cut width, laser activation, and optional Setworks. The Setworks stores five different pre-set widths, which enable the operator to change cut sizes quickly depending on log size, reducing the need to sort logs first.

Various feed system configurations make the TVS one of the most flexible solutions for removing two sides of straight logs, curved logs, logs with a flat surface, and slabs from 0-25m per minute.

Feed Chains for round logs 

– The V feed system advances logs one at a time through the TVS. Spiked hold-downs guide the log. The lug spacing can be moved to suit the standard log lengths. This is a good option for straight logs with standard lengths.
– The spiky chain feed system with heavy, spiked top-rollers adds greater stability to the log as it goes through the TVS. Logs can be loaded onto the feed chain with little or no gap between them. This option is ideal for increasing productivity with straight and curved logs. The outfeed bed has three options for slabs handling.

– Side Disks – pneumatically operated side arms that hold the side board against the log until it reaches the desired drop zone. The arms open and release the two side boards together.
– Side Rollers – spiral rollers are fitted along both sides of the outfeed bed, and as the log gets sawn the side boards fall onto the side rollers and gradually get moved outwards until they fall onto the cross transfer table.
– Economy Version – This bed has no spiral rollers or side disks, and the side boards fall directly onto a cross transfer conveyor.

Feed Chains for timber which already has a flat side 

– Cant processing – For squaring up timber which already has two flat cut surfaces, a flat feed chain is available with heavy, spiked top-rollers. This is commonly used when two TVS units are used in line together.
– Slab edging – Another popular use for the TVS is for the slab recovery line. Large slabs can be put through the TVS and then fed down to a resaw or multi head resaw.

Wood Sawmill Machine LX50 SAWMILL Band Saw Machine

LX50 is the most affordable Twin Rail Sawmill from the LX family. This sawmill offers world renown Wood-Mizer build quality and cutting accuracy at a chainsaw mill price level.

Thin-kerf technology used in the LX50 is the most ecological way of cutting lumber and provides a very high yield. Using up to 1,07 mm blades requires minimal engine power to cut all types of wood. Electricity and petrol consumption is minimal.

Twin rail frame is very stable, which ensures that maximum precision of cut is acquired. Quality of cut is as high as in any other Wood-Mizer sawmill. You will be able to cut wood for your own needs as well as for sale. LX50 throat size will allow you to produce a wide variety of products – with a maximum cant with of 40cm.

Manual lubrication system and cloth pad keeps the blade, wheels and guide rollers clean from sawdust and pitch. In combination with manual blade guide arm and tension system, it eliminates any extra blade vibrations, that ensures precise cut every time.

Connecting LX50 to a sawdust extractor will make it easier to keep your place of work tidy and safer. 4” standard extraction port is compatible with majority of sawdust collection systems.

The LX50 cuts logs up to 66 cm in diameter and 3.8 m long with the standard bed. In order to cut longer logs, bed extensions can be added to extend the sawmill bed to any required cutting length. 1.53 m extensions are available to order optionally. 14hp four stroke Kohler engine is very efficient and doesn’t produce a lot of noise or fumes for work outside. 5kW 3 phase electric motor achieves it’s maximum productivity and is ideal for work in a small workshop.

The sawmill is shipped on a small pallet (160 x 65 x 100 cm). Simple to follow video and written instructions will allow you to start sawing quickly and easily.
