Laser Marking Machines & Laser Engraving

Lasers are used in optical disk drives, laser printers, and bar-code scanners; DNA sequencing instruments, fiber-optic and free-space optical communication; laser surgery and skin treatments; cutting and welding materials; military and law enforcement devices for marking targets and measuring range and speed; and laser lighting displays in entertainment.

CMM

coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is a device that measures the geometry of physical objects by sensing discrete points on the surface of the object with a probe. Various types of probes are used in CMMs, including mechanical, optical, laser, and white light. Depending on the machine, the probe position may be manually controlled by an operator or it may be computer controlled. CMMs typically specify a probe’s position in terms of its displacement from a reference position in a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system (i.e., with XYZ axes). In addition to moving the probe along the X, Y, and Z axes, many machines also allow the probe angle to be controlled to allow measurement of surfaces that would otherwise be unreachable.

Microscopes Measuring

STM7-BSW is a measurement support software for measuring microscopes.
Not only is a live image acquired by digital camera and displayed on a monitor, but also observation,  measurements and report creation are possible on the same screen. Therefore, the STM7-BSW improves your work efficienc

Spline Gauge

Spline have invested heavily in manufacturing equipment, processes and people and continue to do so, this gives us the ability to respond quickly and effectively to suit any of our customers demands. We have also adopted lean manufacturing techniques which eliminate waste and compress production times making Spline competitive in the market.

Our professionalism and knowledge base ensures our quality standards exceed customer expectations. With the use of our fully equipped UKAS laboratory, our team of technicians deliver the highest standards. Quality controls at each stage of manufacture are carefully monitored through our production process through to final inspection, ensuring that every aspect is delivered to precision.

Air Micrometer

Air Micrometer

Relative measuring instruments which can measure dimensions of various workpices like machine parts by using air flow is called Air Micrometer.
It comes in Flow type and Back Pressure type mainly.
Air Micrometer is supported by our many years of precision gauge manufacturing techniques, and it is of highly appraised for its reliability and precision, making it of great value in quality control and increased efficiency in a world-wide industrial world.

Four basic models- the Column Model(flow type), dial model(back pressure type),Digital Model(back pressure type)- can be used not only to measure dimensions, but also for complicated profile measuring automatic measuring, automatic sorting and etc., making them practical over a wide variety of uses. The measuring head can be standardized according to measuring factors and also by order-made designs to meet various measuring requirement.

Limit Plug Gauge

Limit Plug Gauge is a cylindrical bar (plug gauge) with highly finished ends of different diameters is used. If the hole size is correct within tolerable limits, the small end (marked “go”) will enter the hole, while the large end (“not go”) will not.

Thread Gauging

Thread Gauge System is a go-no gauge refers to an inspection tool used to check a work piece against its allowed tolerances. Its name is derived from two tests: the check involves the work piece having to pass one test (go) and fail the other (no-go).

Surface Plates Cast Iron

Surface plate cast iron is a solid, flat plate used as the main horizontal reference plane for precision inspection, marking out (layout), and tooling setup.

Surface Plates Granite

Surface plate granite is a solid, flat plate used as the main horizontal reference plane for precision inspection, marking out (layout), and tooling setup.

Molding Machine Injection Molding

Molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting material into a mold. Injection molding can be performed with a host of materials mainly including metals, (for which the process is called die-casting), glasses, Elastoplast, confections, and most commonly thermoplastic and somersetting polymers. Material for the part is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mold cavity, where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity.

Band Saw Machine Vertical

A Band saw is a saw with a long, sharp blade consisting of a continuous band of toothed metal stretched between two or more wheels to cut material. They are used principally in woodworking, metalworking and lumbering, but may cut a variety of materials.

Advantages include uniform cutting action as a result of an evenly distributed tooth load, and the ability to cut irregular or curved shapes like a jigsaw. The minimum radius of a curve is determined by the width of the band. Most band saws have two wheels rotating in the same plane, one of which is powered, although some may have three or four to distribute the load.

The blade itself can come in a variety of sizes and tooth pitches (teeth per inch, or TPI), which enables the machine to be highly versatile and able to cut a wide variety of materials including wood, metal and plastic.

Band Saw Machine

A machine that is used for cutting wood, metal, plastic and a variety of materials into straight, curved or irregular shapes is called a horizontal band saw. A wide range of band saw equipment are available in the market. They are made from cast iron, steel or aluminum alloy.
